The S.H.A.R.K.S offer 3 packaged consultation services:

Hourly @ $500/Hr. This is an opportunity to consult 1-on-1 with a SHARK over Zoom, or a phone call. The call must be booked at least a week in advance and must be consumed in a single block.
Half-Day @ $2500. This includes a detailed breakdown of your business and a half-day of Zoom or in-person consultation.
Full-Day @ $5000. This includes a detailed analysis of your business and a a 9-hour day of Zoom or in-person consultation. Includes a working lunch.

Dan Diaz | Owner Finance

Dan began his real estate investing career in November 2015. He knew nothing about real estate but always considered himself a problem solver and solution seeker. First deal generated him $80,000 in upfront profit and a $400 monthly spread for the next 30 years and he was hooked! Now, he mostly raises private capital to fund owner finance transactions, teaches seller financing as an acquisition tool, and buys as much land, SFH, and other small commercial assets as he can get hands on.

He considers himself an owner finance fanatic, loves a dry red wine, a stiff scotch, a cold beer, good company, international travel, a bloody red steak, and regular road trips. His wife and he have been married for nearly 5 years. No kids. And currently a red healer for a pet.

Bhaskar Pandey | Land Flipping | Business Systems

Bhaskar immigrated from India to the US in 2002 seeking a Bachelors degree in Engineering. He graduated with the “Engineering Student of the Year” award in 2007 and dove in to the corporate consulting world, putting his engineering and systems knowledge to work over the course of nearly, 15 years.

His discovered his true passion for flipping land in 2021. With his engineering background and keen interest in real estate investing, he built robust systems, standard operating procedures and a talented team that has nearly put his land flipping on auto-pilot.

He specializes in building integrated systems for investors allowing them to build and operate efficient teams for profitable investing in remote markets, carefully tracking the metrics needed to achieve predictability, continuity and profitability.

Bettina Arredondo | Fix and Flip

Bettina is the owner and lead designer for her company specializing in Fix and Flips. In 2016, she resigned from the San Antonio Police Department after going through a huge shift in life after her daughter was born ill.

Taking a big risk, she decided to start her own business in remodeling outdated homes in the summer of 2016, with the objective of working from home and taking care of her daughter. Bettina discovered an emerging passion for flipping homes and became a part of the revitalization efforts of the city’s thriving community.

She experimented with design when she bought her first flip home and has a special ability of walking into each home and seeing it as a new blank canvas. She has a unique and powerful ability to see the home in its full potential. Her signature style is “Modern Farmhouse” but throughout her journey of renovating houses, her style has evolved and she is also being inspired by mid-century modern homes.

With her keen eye for detail and improvements, she loves the final reveal of each finished project. Bettina started with a dream of flipping homes, and building financial wealth for her and her family. With her passion to help and teach people to create multiple streams of income in real estate, she has created her own coaching program to share her version of real estate investing and flipping houses. Her love for her family and faith is the driver in her business. She is passionate about walking through every stage of the construction and design process and bringing life back into each home. Her dream is to continue to inspire other people to pursue their dreams and say “Yes” to new risks and opportunities in real estate investing.

Yogi Muller | Wholesale Systems

Yogi started his real estate career in late 2020 as a wholesaler during a pandemic after being laid off from his blue collar oil field career, and since then has grown his real estate team to the top. During that time, he took to virtual nationwide wholesaling 6 months in, along with ‘fix and flip’ properties coming in 2022.

He also created a network of investors needing education, as a way to share his experience and knowledge with others who have an interest in building wealth through real estate as he is a true go giver that helps many.
In addition to real estate, Yogi also had a passion for teaching, so in 2021, he combined his vast real estate and investing knowledge to pursue another chapter. Yogi now teaches and coaches beginners and novice investors, as well as works alongside large individual investors to help scale their portfolios.

In addition to real estate Yogi has a deep understanding of systems and processes that stem from his ability to think and see things in pictures and steps playing to his ingenious mind that helped him move fast and experience success at an unreal pace.

Yogi’s goal is to help people build wealth and gain financial freedom through real estate and he feels that education is the key to unlock the door for that!
